Terms governing the authorized use of ElectionSetu software, mobile app, and services.

1. Authorized Campaign Use
ElectionSetu is designed strictly for legitimate political campaigns, election candidates, and authorized ground volunteers.
- Users must comply with all Election Commission of India (ECI) guidelines.
- Misuse of the platform for spreading fake data or unverified claims is strictly prohibited.
2. Data Ownership & Campaign Privacy
All voter lists, booth assignments, and notes uploaded by the user remain the sole intellectual property of the campaign. ElectionSetu claims zero ownership over user data.
3. Subscriptions & Payment Terms
Pricing packages and license fees are based on the selected constituency level (Gram Panchayat, Assembly, Lok Sabha). All fees are transparent with zero hidden costs.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The ElectionSetu brand name, logo, mobile application source code, UI designs, and algorithms are proprietary intellectual property of ElectionSetu Technologies.
5. Independent Platform & Non-Affiliation Disclaimer
ElectionSetu is an independent election campaign management and strategic planning technology platform.
ElectionSetu is not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or operated under the Election Commission of India (ECI), any State Election Commission, Central Government, State Government, or any other government election authority, unless expressly stated otherwise.
ElectionSetu should not be construed as a government portal, official election authority, or substitute for information or services provided by the competent election authorities.
6. Scope of Platform Features & Non-Electoral Services
ElectionSetu is a technology and management tool designed to assist candidates, campaign teams, political organizations and other authorized users in planning, organizing and managing their election-related activities and strategies.
The platform may provide features such as voter/campaign data organization, constituency and booth-level management, survey management, volunteer/champion management, campaign planning, communication management, analytics, reporting and other election-management functionalities. These features are intended solely for campaign planning, organizational and strategic management purposes and do not constitute any official election service or government electoral process.
ElectionSetu does not conduct elections, issue election notifications, prepare or certify electoral rolls, determine voter eligibility, allocate election symbols, accept nominations, declare election results, or exercise any statutory authority relating to elections.
7. Information Verification, Compliance & Outcome Disclaimer
1. Verification of Information: Any election-related information, data, analysis, estimates, reports or insights available through the platform are provided for management and informational purposes. Users are responsible for independently verifying official election information with the Election Commission of India, the relevant State Election Commission, or other competent government authority, wherever applicable.
2. No Electoral Guarantee: Use of ElectionSetu does not guarantee any particular electoral outcome, campaign performance, voter response or election result.
3. User Responsibility & Compliance: Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of ElectionSetu, campaign activities, communications, data handling and election-related conduct comply with all applicable laws, regulations, election rules, Model Code of Conduct, data-protection requirements and directions issued by competent authorities.
