Digital Voter Slip & WhatsApp Turnout Management Guide
A complete step-by-step blueprint on distributing personalized voter slips directly on WhatsApp and streamlining booth table assistance on election day.
Why Digital Voter Slips Win Elections
Traditional paper slips handed out weeks in advance are frequently misplaced by voters. When voters arrive at the polling station without their serial number or booth room details, it causes friction, long lines, and voter dropouts.
Digital voter slips sent via WhatsApp provide voters with their serial number, booth name, and candidate details right on their smartphones—instantly accessible at the polling booth entrance.
Key Elements Included in an ElectionSetu Voter Slip
- Voter Name & Guardian: Clearly rendered in Unicode Hindi and English.
- Voter Serial Number (क्रम संख्या): High-contrast display for fast booth table lookup.
- Polling Station & Room Details: Exact school or community hall name and booth number.
- Candidate Branding: Candidate photo, name, election symbol (Chunav Chinh), and slogan.
